- NOW family has unlimited make-up requests within the current semester and classes cannot be carried over to another semester and are not transferable to another family.
- Do remember to cancel the makeup class if you know that you cannot make it, the makeup system will track your makeup TWO times per semester, so if you do not cancel the class, you will lose the chance to attend the makeup during the term.
- If your usual class is on a weekday, you are allowed one weekend class as a makeup per registered child.
